Picking On Complete Strangers with A Digital Holga
Just some more Digital Holga stuff. Neat lens but it is horribly slow. I am guessing even after I modded it is sitting at f/22ish (light meter battery is dead so I can’t confirm). Seriously in daylight (granted it was a typical grey vancouver day IE:dark) I was at ISO 2500 & up pulling shutters at best of 1/60th to 1/30th.
Night Time Photowalk
One thing that I Love and used to do all the time is wander around in the middle of the night with really high ISO Film (like 3200 B&W Ilford Pushed to 6400) in my camera and take hand held photos. Something that was only really a film thing for digital cameras only had usable iso’s of 800 maybe 1600 if you didn’t mind a whole lot of grain. Now that technology has kinda caught up I can roll around hand held at iso 3200 and I love it!
A Long day filled With Awesome
I woke up this morning at the crack of dawn and went to church, then I had some breakfast, followed up by finished up some work, then there was a mini photo wander about city hall, rounded out with food and beer and then last but not least I walked home.
