This has been a common sight on Granville street the last while. I took it though a fence so that is what the blue lines are. 1.2 can lose a fence quite well even still.

Is that to cordon off areas where the private security companies are clearing out the homeless in preparation of 2012?

1.2 can do anything… bring world peace… cure disease… and lose a fence. yes, it can even lose a fence.
