We are always looking for mismatched chairs, decent record players, and random old cameras like My Nikon FG. As such we tend to wander about thrift & second hand stores, as well as so called “antique stores” threw out the lower mainland.
I heart the green and orange cups mostly because when I was a kid we would go to my granddad’s for coffee and he would give me hot chocolate and cookies via one of these very same cups.

I recently just bought one of these egg beaters which (involving a long story) also takes me back to my youth.

I heart junk it makes such great photo fodder. However, we came home empty handed.
This was also the first real world test of auto uploading via the EYE-Fi Card and it seemed to work rather well. I am not uploading every single photo I take because that would be silly. I often shoot at silly low apertures of 1.2 and such so focus can be a bit of a tough one, so I take a few to be sure that what I want is in focus. But other then choosing what photos make it to the internet I am not editing. Which is funny because it makes me really realize that I always take photos slightly slanted to the right. I know this & I will often fix them in post. God times anyway when I get a chance i will play with the flickr API and see what fun ways I can display them to the world :)
