This is the Metrastar Light meter. I know very little about these bad boys as I got this one tossed in with an old film camera that I bought. I just got a battery for it and it seems to be quite accurate when compared to my camera or my uber awesome Sekonic L-758DR. It is quite lightweight and it will do both Incident and Reflected Metering so It is versatile enough. I am going to carry it around instead of the Sekonic for a while as it is 1/2 the size and 1/64th the price :)
