Yup it came this morning :)

After charging up a battery I took the video aspects of it for a nighttime spin :)
It isn’t so shabby when it comes to Low light work as well.

It is not all that bad for what really is (at least as it is compared the 1D Lineup) a prosumer camera :)
The Canon EOS 5D Mark II is a full-frame DSLR, packing in a 21.1-megapixel sensor that is supposed to deliver sharp, detailed images with lovely colour reproduction. Time will tell if it is up to the hype. It shoots video at 1080p at 30fps—which was a pretty big deal. Not that I shoot a lot of video professionally but I do love me my indie film. The ISO range stretches up to 25,600 which is a far cry from the 3200 I have been shooting for ever now. Is is going to hold up to the abuse of… well me? Well we see!
I have an EOS 20D and I lurrrve it. Out of curiosity, did you shoot those night shots with a tripod? Or do you just have incredibly steady hands? And I assume you shot on manual? They are very crisp. Well done.
