Three steps to a new and winch ready bumper!
Here is Tiny with the regular stock bumper (the wheel chocks are because I was checking something with the rear diff before installing the Barricade Trail Force HD Front Bumper)
Just four bolts per side here

UPDATE: I ended up having issues with the winch as well and being that this was a package deal it eventually all came off and went back! I instead decided to not fcuk about and just bought a warn bumper and winch combo.
