This weekend we went camping, 4×4 style! We did a loop from Vancouver to Pemberton and home.  The catch is that we did this loop though the back way from Harrison Lake.  Yup there is a back  FSR road that will take you to Lillooet lake from Harrison Lake

So yesterday I gathered up my cripple and took her to the beach to join the North Shore Crew in an impromptu beach BBQ!

I did come to the sad discovery however that the Apple Store gave me the wrong Macbook (I asked for the middle one and they gave me the lower one, I paid for what i got so i am not really concerned to much) tomorrow i will jet in to the store and see whats what :)

So today I decided that I am sick and tired of dealing with crappy Windows Software/PC hardware.   I swear 3/4 of my workday is spent dealing with the shit and abuse that my computers insist on dishing on me!  I went down to the new apple store and demanded that they give me a new Macbook with a 4G-ram upgrade!!!  It was an hour before closing so I assumed that they would tell me to stuff it and come back tomorrow.  They didn’t do that instead they did precisely as I demanded with a smile and pleasant small talk!

The store was ridiculously busy but yet I was asked if I could be helped at least 15 times in the short time that I was there!!  I did the student deal and scooped up an 8gig Ipod touch for free as well! All good times!!  But it would seem that we are going for a beach BBQ now so this is all you get!

The seabus is not a happy place at 6:15 in the morning, especially I think the seabus headed to the north shore, it the kinda place that if the Viagra guy came dancing on in singing Good Moring! Good Morning, there would be a mass and violent bludgeoning.

So Amanda is in town and being that she is a connoisseur of good times, she set up an evening at the frog

and it was a good time filled with friends and plenty of beer.

Here we have Darren getting excited about upcoming activities, personally I am more excited to climb the chief today but you know each to their own :)
