Today went out and aboot, and somehow we ended up at McBain Camera on 107th. While there we were browsing looking at camera’s and such we ended up looking at the developer tanks and such. A gentleman came over and answered all of our questions, showed us how it all works, and was really overall helpful. Sooo…. We ended up buying a single developer tank, Kodak Developer, and A bottle of Ilford Fixer. We then came home and proceeded to develop all the black and white film I could find. :) I will post some results as they develop (no pun intended)

Today, I discovered that the Pentax K1000′s shutter drags at the 1000th speed. This is both good and bad. It’s good in the sense that I now know that the issues that I have had, are all due to just a specific shutter setting. Yet it is bad in the sense that I can’t the 1000th of a second shutter. We also bought a negative/flatbed scanner. We went to future shop and looked at all the flatbed scanners and we sort of ended up bringing one home. :)
You can read all about it here
